ROTARACT

Rotaract, which stands for “Rotary inAction”, is a major Rotary-sponsored organization with an estimated quarter of a million members ages 18 – 30, in over 10,000 clubs spread around the world. For half a century, Rotaract has given young people a way to make connections, serve their communities, and have fun.

Rotaract clubs bring together people ages 18 and older to exchange ideas with leaders in the community, develop leadership and professional skills, and have fun through service.

In communities worldwide, Rotary and Rotaract members work side by side to take action through service. From big cities to rural villages, Rotaract is changing communities like yours.

UW-Madison Rotaract members have access to a formidable worldwide network of leaders in every professional field who can serve as mentors and contribute to our professional development. Our Club will provide opportunities that build lasting friendships, but also instill leadership, teamwork, motivation, and practical skills in our members. In the spirit of good citizenship, we will benefit our community and the world through volunteer activities and philanthropic events.
