Fair and Secure Elections

MARIBETH WITZEL-BEHL has served as Madison’s City Clerk since 2006. She was appointed by Mayor Dave Cieslewicz; reappointed twice by Mayor Paul Soglin; and then reappointed by Mayor Satya Rhodes-Conway.  She will talk about the checks and balances in place to prevent fraud, keep our elections secure and ensure every vote is counted.
